The Phone Call

Calls are received at (800)423-8477 by live operators on a secure line 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. No calls are recorded and there is no caller ID is used. The operator will never ask for any personal information including your name. Callers will be given a report number and password at the end of the call in order to login to their report online to check for updates, add new information or load videos and photos. The SpeakOut operator receiving the information completes the P3 Campus report form which is then sent to law enforcement for investigation.

The Online Web Tip and App Tips

Students now have the option of giving tips online or the free app, P3 Campus. The process is completely secure and anonymous. Our web and app tip process is powered by the world's leading online tip solution provider, Anderson Software. Tipsters can attach videos and photographs via web tips or the app.

The very unique two-way dialog capabilities allow the reporter to come back and provide additional information to their tip at any time, but also provides a secure means for the coordinator to ask questions or provide reward information back to the caller through the same secure and encrypted interface.
